AGM and trading update

Servoca Plc, which provides specialist outsourced and recruitment solutions to private companies, police forces, local and national government, healthcare and education sectors, is pleased to announce that at yesterday's AGM, all resolutions were duly passed.

The Company is also pleased to report that trading across all three divisions of the business remains in line with expectations. Servoca anticipates announcing its interim results to 31 March 2008 in the week commencing 23 June 2008.
