Resignation of a Director

Servoca announces that Miles Davis, an executive director, has resigned from the Board with effect from 11 February 2010.

Bob Morton, Servoca's Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Miles for the substantial contribution he has made in the development of the Group and to wish him well for the future."
