Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 41 Whitcomb Street, London WC2H 7DT on 3 June 2008 at 4:30pm.

The meeting will consider the resolutions laid out in the notice of AGM, which has been posted to shareholders together with a letter to shareholders regarding electronic communication.
