Notice of General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 3 November 2010 at 41 Whitcomb Street, London WC2H 7DT.

The meeting will consider the resolutions laid out in the Notice of General Meeting which include, inter alia, the establishment of a Management Equity Incentive Plan and authority for the Company to make limited market purchases of their own shares.
