Update on restructuring

Servoca, the specialist public sector outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, announces an update on the restructuring announced in November 2008.

The Group placed Windsor Recruitment & Training Ltd ("Windsor") into administration on 28 January 2009. The major restructuring process is now largely complete and has already yielded substantial cost savings.

A further update will be made at the time of the preliminary results to 30 September 2008, which are expected to be announced in March.
