To conform with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of Servoca confirms that as at 31 December 2007, the Company's issued share capital is 43,386,911 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 43,386,911.

The above figures may be used by shareholders in determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
