- The www.servoce.com Database comprises the following personal User information, held on-line by Servoca Plc (for the avoidance of doubt, the information detailed below will be the maximum amount held on-line by Servoca Plc):
- name, address & telephone number(s);

- date of birth (security purposes);

- If you are a Servoca Plc website User or simply inquiring about our online services, we may use your e-mail address to advise you of any upgrades or changes to these services (if applicable).

Use of Information
- Personal User information including your e-mail address will be used for the purposes of ensuring the proper functioning of the Servoca Plc website, and subject to the restrictions set out in paragraph 4(iii), for the marketing, planning, product development and research requirements of Servoca Plc and its Partners.
- Your e-mail address will be included on the Servoca Plc Database and, like other personal information held on the Servoca Plc Database, will be subject to the Servoca Plc Membership Terms and Conditions (including the Servoca Plc Privacy Policy).
- Servoca Plc will not use or disclose or permit the use or disclosure of personal User information that could be used to identify an individual User in any circumstances except:
- to ensure the proper functioning of the Servoca Plc website in relation to the User in question;
- where the personal User information is to be used by Servoca Plc on behalf of a Partner for marketing, planning, product development and research and where:
- the personal User information does not include the name of the User; and
- the Partner is bound by a confidentiality agreement with Servoca Plc under which the personal User information may not be used for mailing purposes or in any other way to make contact with the User;

- Servoca Plc undertakes to give proper and responsible consideration to privacy issues associated with the introduction of new marketing devices or technology.
- On cancellation of registration, the User's contact details will be noted as closed, and after 12 months of non-usage User's contact details will be deleted from the Servoca Plc Database. Servoca Plc will ensure that all User information is destroyed thereafter in a safe and secure manner.
