John is a Chartered Accountant and a Barrister. He was formerly Chief Executive of MacLellan Group Plc, a facilities services company that was sold to Interserve plc for an enterprise value of £130m in 2006. John is Chairman of Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG), a publicly quoted provider of specialist facilities services, and holds several Board positions in both public and private companies..

Andy joined as the Group's Chief Executive Officer with effect from 24 November 2008. Andy was formerly a main board director of Lorien PLC and Managing Director of its resourcing division.

Chief Financial Officer
Chris is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Price Waterhouse. Chris has extensive public company and recruitment experience most notably from Lorien PLC where he acted as Chief Financial Officer on the main board. Chris has also held a number of other private and public company directorships and was appointed to the board as Chief Financial Officer on 1st November 2017.

Emma joined the Board on 17 December 2008 as an Executive Director and moved to a non-executive role in July 2010. Emma was the founding director of Academics Holdings Limited and Academics Limited and built the business to a revenue approaching £15 million per annum when it was acquired by the Group in March 2008.
Managing Director, Education Division
Jonathan joined Servoca in 2009, following 17 years in IT recruitment, and became Managing Director of the Education Division in 2011. During that time, Academics has gone from a one site operation in East London to a leading UK wide education recruitment business with 18 offices across England and Wales.
